    Int. high Idle...?

    When I start the car cold in the morning it idles at 1200. Sometimes it drops to normal, around 700 sometimes not during my 25 min. commute.     Speedo Cable noise ?

    Been having issues with a noisy speedo cable, and I think its the piece in the dash. Are there any fixes for this or is it time for a replacement? Thanks in advance!
