    Check your ISCV. I disconnected mine, wiped off the contacts, and reseated it. It now runs great!

    Bump. Does anyone have a picture of where the blue wire hooks up? It seems that my blue wire already goes into the connector it should be going into (the one on the right side of the image that has three arrows labeled 7m and one 1jz). Pictures of wiring anyone?
