    Tested KS-BODY GROUND(normal is 4-6v ignition sw on)...So when the NEO is plugged in it fluctuates between 1.9 to 2.8 volts. When the neo is bypassed it stays solid at 4.79 volts. Is the neo suppose to lower the voltage? It stayed the same when idling with neo plugged in. Didn't try it with neo...

    I didn't spray it inside probe just on the outside where there was a nice build up of gunk. I doubt completely killed it but It does have alot of miles on it so maybe I finally killed it. But I will be thoroughly testing it and the wires tonight. So if wires check out then it should be the AFM.

    I would have to warm the car up a little bit to hear any audible clicking correct? Or is the clicking the IACV closing which would mean it would click no matter the temp? But would the leaky EGR and the stuck open IACV cause a funky really lean idle?

    Iacv failed the Tsrm test. Passed in resistance but when power supplied to pins and the others grounded... The plunger just twitched. Took it completely apart and cleaned it and verified the shaft wasn't frozen and zero change. EDIT: IDLE CONTROL VALVE IS FINE.

    I know its not an easy answer but you might wanna pre fit it together on the floor or something and put it next to the car and then you will see if your missing a pipe. But after looking at the kit(dm1082) and visually putting it together in my head...I think you are missing 2 pipes.
