yea im sure its spark knock if it was rod knok i my oil perssure would be 40-80 and with rod knock there would be a great loss in power ....... plus i only get the ping around 3000 rpm and dissapers. Spark knock isn't gonna kill your car its due to vacume leaks/damaged egr/lean air fuel ratio...
