Any knows If I can just use the vvti bottom n use non vvti head?

I was getting a cheap deal over a 1jzgte-vvti. My question is that can I use the bottom end (block, pistons, connecting rods etc) from a vvti to a non-vvti? Does non vvti head fit a vvti block? N I m also looking to convert my non vvti to a top feed fuel rail.. Would the vvti one serve the purpose?

it is already in limp mode... consuming loads of gas n throwing flames from the exhaust at high revs.

I have a 1UZFE that is complete with wiring n stuff but the MAF is missing.. i have a 2jzge maf n friend has a 7m maf lying around. Can these be used instead?.
