i got like 7K on my rebuild, did it all my self. BHG, so i just did rings and bearing too. just some annoying oil leaks now. but all is good, runs great.

the tensioner can only move so far. as far as adjusting, i believe the hole in the pulley is slotted, but not really adjustable. if there are lines on the belt for position of the cam gears and the crank. those are only for putting it on. after any revs. those lines wont line back up again...

well the ones for the 7M are like 15-20 bucks.

but there not that expensive from the dealer, right? if not, you should get them from the dealer.

there is no need to separate any lines to remove the tranny. so............ no bleeding (if thats what he did)
