The circuit labeled "OX" coming from the sensor has to make a stop at the diagnostic block by the battery before making it to the ECU. ;)

Have you tried adjusting the AFPR? I don't believe they come setup in the box. Did you get a gauge with it? Try turning on the key and jumper the fuel pump test terminals and adjust it. _
