It sounds like your head gasket isn't sealing it could be due to a warp block or head I would check compression on each cylinder and then do a leak down test on all cylinders, and if you do have a cylinder leaking coolant, this will help you find it, and if you need to do the head gasket again...

Your compression test shows your rings are in good shape, but did you do a leak down test? that will tell you how well your valves are sealing, and what shape your head gasket is in, but if your motor is burning oil it can be your valve guide are leaking, or are crack, i have seen this before...
