Yo Rank!!! got an AEM Tru Boost, electronic with a mechanical boost line. WTF U Know!
f00g00, Satan, GrimJack: Thanks for the info, never thought about the harness thru the fender, probably go that route.

I am interested to know if anyone has figured out a better and shorter way to route boost line to boost gauge in pillar pod. I have looked at my firewall a couple of times and it looks as if there are no free openings. I believe the traditional way is to run the boost line under the dash, out...
Can anyone tell me what this connector connects to. The person that wired up my engine harness had the two wires next to each other connected to injector power and the lone wire connected to: two power wires going to the IAC connector, and then two more power wires running into the harness that...
When I got my 1jz engine harness someone had already lengthened it, however while doing that they ended up pulling all the pins out of my T connector that plugs into the ecu. That is where the splicing of the 7mge harness came into play.
As for the injector wires. I am pretty sure they were...
So basically what I did is take that yellow plug by the fuse box and wires up to the ecu and strip them from my 7m harness and hooked it up as follows.
red and black wire: BT(T1)(, B+(T12), and a third wire going to B1 9
yellow and black: Bat(T2)
orange and black: M-REL(T3)...
A little about the setup, it is a motor, tranny, ecu, and harness not a front clip. I basically took a 7mge engine harness hacked it up and spliced it into the 1jz harness. Car starts up and runs great, however will not shut off when key moved to off position. I probably missed a wire but do not...
I know this topic has been talked about a lot, however this situation is a little different.
First question what happens to the tems when drop springs are put on tems shocks. Does it make the tems useless or does it make the drop spring with tems shocks better.

That's the sensor, it says "sensor assy. Turbo Pressure".
Does anyone know if you can use this to start up and move the 1jz not for wide open throttle.
Thanks.
Like the title states I was wandering if I could just get my car started and maybe move it around with the 7mgte map sensor as I do not have a 1jz map sensor yet.
Thanks for any replies.
and yes I know it will not fit the 1jz plug but I was going to dremel the ridge off If need be.
I was just wandering if anyone has ever found anything to add to this diagram http://web.archive.org/web/200512271.../92Supra6.html (Top left, ECU Pin outs)
Also what do I do with the ELS-Taillight on T5
and A/C control on T7
and STP- Stop Signal on T14
does anyone know what the 3...
I am in the process of doing a auto to manual conversion.
does anyone know the colors for the two wires on the clutch pedal switch
also does anyone know the colors of the two wires under the center counsel for the Neutral Safety Switch.
Thanks for any help.
I have an auto car 87 7mgte converted to standard R154.
my driveshaft is to short know.
I am having a hard time finding a standard(R154) turbo driveshaft.
I can get my hands on an 87 standard NA drive shaft!
Is there any way I can use the NA driveshaft(I already know the spline...

Thanks for the insight! The only connectors I have under my dash of my 87 7mgte are: a big yellow, small yellow, small white(that the white plug will definetly not fit), the yellow for the flying lead out of the ecu, and the small black for the hac sensor.
If anyone knows where I can cross...
