Hey guys i have a knock in my engine. It only occurs wen i start it up and you can hear it for a second or two but at idle engine sounds normal. You can also hear it at acceleration like around 1500 rpm. Anyone know what kind of knock it could be? Rod knock, valve seats?

Rotor was not set to number one plug and intake manifold was missing some bolts.

When you set the crank at 0 what is need to be taken off and what do you mean wire 1 to cylinder 1? I will get a pic of the connector tommorrow..
