Do a few simple checks. Some people take out t-stats, see if the heater control valve is hooked up backwards and check your vacuum lines. I believe the heater door is vacuum assisted.
Stock is your baseline or reference point to bring your car back to where it was. Once you have it set you can adjust accordingly, in your sig you list a wideband. Now your can find the tune that suits 'your car'. Find a dyno near you to get true hp/tq readings.
