possible thread jack, sorry, but is there such thing as lapping the head to many times? the head im using might get a third or fourth lap/resurface. im kinda leaning toward not a good idea.
same thing happen to me. did u use all new snap rings and washers etc? i hate dropping trannys i ended up taking of the tranny two times one for the throw out , and the other for a leak, it sucks, all in the same month. just go to toyota and get all the washer and snap rings and get a used hub...
Im 99% sure that its a faulty Rheostat (dimmer nob) my gauge cluster was not illumniating so i jummped two wires at the dimmer nob and they lit up, but i forgot witch wires to jump, anyone? try and get another dimmer switch
The lines are correct, i think the problem is that the sender is way to close to the exhaust manifold, thanks jdub for spotin that out, will relocate away from that unbearbly hot manifold, lol . will get back to u guys and see what reading i get.
yea the colants fine, koyo rad with 16 lb cap w/o fan shroud, yea the sender is close to the exh mani, that could be it will mess around with the car tommorrow, thanks everyone for the support. :)
im thinking also i dont have a fan shround currently or a under panel, and the oil cooler is practically right behind the bumber support. and some times when i acclerate it pops very fast and theres power loss.
