The ct-26 dont fit t4. you would need an adapter. I think the best thing is to find a cheap ct26 to bolt on becous it will probably cost as much as rebuild it to fit an other turbo.and easier. That's just what i think.

I had a similar problem.not the oilthing. it was an old cable between coil and sparkplug that made the spark occure between the cable and the engine instead of at the end of the sparkplug.
