My Newly bought 89 Supra Turbo is now stalling. The guy i purchased from said he ran 93 octane gas since the engine was rebuilt 15,000 miles ago. I put 87 octane gas in it and it doesn't run correctly now. Could this octane change cause the engine to stall? Thanks

Just wanted to introduce myself. Just bought my 2nd MKIII in a year. First was a 1990 N/A in rough condition. Latest one is 1989 turbo. This one is in much much better shape. Will post pics in about a week.
