I don't see how it could be that, it doesn't fire up in park, but always fires up in neutral... even when frozen, and usually within 2-5 cranks.

IT clicks one time and then the lights dim. However, this only happens in Park. Car fired right up in Neutral. Any ideas? Battery is not dead and starter checks out fine. I believe its a malfunctioning neutral safety switch or whatever its called. Could that be it?

You'd go through quite a few bits. On top of that you'd reduce the effectiveness of the slots by shallowing the channels where the heat is dissipated, among other things, and most places won't machine drilled either. it can be done but its not very effective.

On Tiger Japanese's website, it shows a 2JZ GTE VVTI and a 2JZ GTE. This may be a stupid question, But which is the superior engine and why? I would think that if they make the same numbers at the same point, And have the same durability, i would go with the cheaper engine? I'm confused...

Well I'm not sure. It sure looks stock. However, The bolts were 11/16ths for the big one and 9/16ths for the three little ones. I'm thrown a little bit as well.

Yep. they're shot. completely rusted over in some places and they don't return at all.
