Stock 440cc injector latency (dead / lag time)?

Well, figured I'd add this here. A very helpful guy on toymods (australian forum) was kind enough to do some testing to come up with some figures. http://www.toymods.org.au/forums/showthread.php?t=64120 More here: http://www.toymods.org.au/forums/showthread.php?t=64930 Andrew

Stock 440cc injector latency (dead / lag time)?

That also depends on voltage and type of injector. You've also got to take into account at high RPM full throttle the time you have available for the injector to be open can be pretty minimal (also measured in milliseconds). So if you know how long it takes to energize and fully open the...

Stock 440cc injector latency (dead / lag time)?

No, not looking for pulse width (the amount of time the injectors stay open). But dead/lag time or latency, which is the amount of time it takes the injectors to 'respond' or actually open at different voltages. Andrew

Diff whine - will an oil change help?

No, unfortunately diff gears don't make noise due to oil. Unless it's a lack/loss of it that's caused damage that can only be fixed by replacing the R&P. Adjustment might help, but only if it's out of adjustment from time/miles/wear/failing crush sleeve. As long as no damage has occurred to...

    R154 vs W58 Speedo sender

The R154 probably came out of a car with 3.73 or 3.9 rear vs your 4.3 or 4.56, which is why it's off. You can change the physical gears that drive the speed sensor in the trans to correct this. If you have a cable that goes to the dash, you can get a 'ratio adapter' to correct the speedo as...
