ok thanks for the help everyone i guess i will rebuild the other engine.

my gauge is stock and its hooked up, and i know there is no oil getting to the top of the engine.

i was afraid of that. i do have an extra engine i was thinking about rebuilding. i guess i will go that route.

my stock gauge wont come off 0 and when running the engine makes lots of noise like it has no oil pressure and i took the valve cover off and the cam was dry.

i found out my oil pump is bad and i need to replace it my question is do i have to completely remove the engine to change the pump? or can i just undo the mounds and lift it enough to get the pan off? thanx

i have spark plug i am puting in the end of the spark plug wire so i can see spark and #2 is the only one i am having trouble with all other cylinders are great
