I have been trying to find out The #'s are 70ar&63Ar Other than that not sure as I got it off the guy we got the car from

I have been looking at inlet flanges for my gt35 turbo. Cant seem to find a specific application. Wondering if the T3/T4 1 Would be the same size.....I was told they were identical in sizes. But I am not certain.....Can any1 Clarify for me?
