the internal coils of the smax intercooler doesn't mix n2o or co2 into your air.

like i said... get an smax. when you spray your intercooler some of that spray goes past your IC and into the intake of your engine. right through the air filter. i think the smax's can use no2 right in them

should be able to control when it opens by using a manual boost controller.

i wouldn't the CO2 could really hurt your motor getting sucked into the intake... and it will get sucked it. best thing i've seen is the SMAX with the internal coils

didn't read this whole thread but i'd love to see an "ebay" mkiii against a name brand mkiii. i think that would be sweet.

i got my new gauge pod in and gauges. the pod mounts to the dash. i had the wideband gauge and ordered the oil temp and water temp

who did you beat up and take that from? lol

yeah i think i'll do an aluminum undercover for protection and aero and find a lip maybe

why wouldn't you run one on the street? and as i said i'd like to run one to help protect my coolers

not to be off topic but those pipes go right over the cam covers and everyone bashed hommer for doing the same thing lol

well besides the main function of the actual splitter. being metal it would protect the front bumper in which my oil and power steering coolers are mounted. they're in the fog light holes and i don't want a pot hole to kill my coolers plus like you said it would be asthetic as well

so what does everyone think of the aluminum splitter if attached properly and a good sized thickness is used

anyone have one mounted on a stock pre 89 bumper?
