same shit different year. this forum is full of win i made 328/378 to the ground on stock everything 1jz with a fucked up ecu couple years back now deciding to go 1j or 2j single. figure 1j would be a bit more fun bangin off the limiter at 9k

the ecu may need to have the capacitors replaced, i would estimate i lost about 100hp at one point before recapping. other than that if the compression is good and twins arent blown it should make around 300rwhp

it was a stock rigged 1jz, i admit the crazy tq curve was partly due to my fucked up ecu something went wrong in the right way , theres a lot more to engines then max flow and bolting shit on imo. purpose of the graph is to show what CAN be done and why im interested in comparing the two heads

havnt had much luck finding info on how the two engines behave with same setups other than the typical 2jz>1.5jz say both run a 67mm with 1.00ar to 1-1.5bar same exact setup, same ecu, same factory cam just slight compression difference of 1.5jz would the two feel any different? would the...
