i dont know if anybody here drifts there supra but oct1 at lebanon valley there is a drift event. i think its 75 bucks to enter but well worth it . it starts at 1 and ends sometime between 7 and 8. there isnt really much to hit. i think you can preregister through some 240 sites and there is...
i bought a fluidyne cause mine was leaking real bad and thats what the local shop could get there hands on the quickest. it was a little pricey i have to admit but as far as fitment and the shroud and the fans hooked up real nice. no complaints about it except price.
i was just wondering if anybody on here has ran the treadstone performance t4 log style manifold. just wanted to know about fitment and turbo placement. if anybody has and has pictures of it they would be greatly appreciated.
Is there a way to test for a bad thrust washer or any other problems with the tranny out of the car?
I'm looking at buying a trans from a local guy but i want to make sure its still good before i get it.
i was just wondering if anybody knows where i can buy a nice tubular manifold with a t4 flange for my gt35r. i dont want one of those cheap ones where i am going to need a spacer. ive been searching on and off for a while now and cant find anything.
ya i know on my cousins mustang we just put a new tranny and clutch in. the same thing happened almost like flywheel chatter? it just so happened it went away after the clutch broke in.
when you got the fluidyne did it come with a new cap? if so try putting the stock one back on. id have to say its either that, you got a stubburn air pocket, or a bad thermostat.
lol yes yes i have i havent driven the thing since before winter i got other things that have had to be done. i took it out the other day and having this problem. now im trying to tune it with a safc and its hitting fuel cut lol.
i was looking at the vacuum line cumming off the wastegate today and realized it wasnt connected to anything. is this the one that comes off the bottom of the accordian pipe or what?
well i added 12% more fuel to it from about 2800 up and got it to hit 10 on the wideband as a starting point. i still have to screw around with it to get it where i want it but id rather be rich then lean. i have not tried testing the actuator yet i didnt even think of it will try that next...
grim i thought the same thing. but in a previous post i was told to get an safc. so i did hooked it up and now i got it running rich with it. just now its hitting fuel cut so i tried turning the boost down and still does same thing
my boost controller is turned almost all th way down though. so i guess my question if the boost controller is down shouldnt it be at stock boost? think id be better off trying to disconnect the boost controller and see what happens?
