Try TPS, I notice mine was disconnected, once I connected them... starts right up, most of the time 1st click.

On my turbo pipe (bottom side) it seems like there should be a small vacuum hose that should be attached to it and ran to some other component... anyone know where it should be run to?

It should, just as long as you have the nardi hub fits the supra. Instruction is as follows... steering column, nardi hub for supra, nrg quick release, than the steering wheel. Oh yea make sure you steering is aligned... I had to take a few drives to get on point. It should look something...
