I have recently discovered 2 of my cylinders had valve seal leak and was wondering if this effects smog testing. If i was to get it fixed would i have a higher chance of passing cali. smog than if i did not fix and go smog it?

Hello I am new to this forum and bought a 1989 supra targa. The seals around the windows and targa need replacement. I was wondering what the are called and there prices..cuz i pulled off some rubery stuff off the metal around the glass. If posible rederect me to links that can help me.
