the latest thing thats going on now, got a new (used) ICV cause my last one took a crap on me, now i cant get the idle down below 900 (after its at opperating temp), unless i adjust the tps a lil bit then it drops to 700-750, but when i rev it up again or shut off and start the car it jumps back...
