    Put new plugs and car won't start w/error code 11

    Yup i just changed my spark plugs and now it won't start:1zhelp: rechecked the gap and everything was ok. i check the codes and i got code 11...ne one else have experience with this code?

    rpm fluctuates

    i have an 87 turbo and when i get on the gas and try to keep the engine at 3000rpm it starts to fluctuate and cannot sustain 3000rpm.what should i check 4? hope yall can help thanks
