I have an 89 NA 5 speed. I've started disassembly of my engine to replace the HG. Unfortunately I forgot to relieve the fuel pressure beforehand. Is there a way to relieve fuel pressure without cranking the car and removing the efi fuse? The car has been sitting...

I have an 89 na 5 speed. My ebrake refuses to work. Essentially, I can pull up the handle and hear the clicking but no effect. Do you have any recommendations? I know the ebrake gets applied to the rear discs, but should I check the adjustment of the cable at the handle first?

ok so I pulled the no 1 spark plug today, it was completely drenched in oil. Now here's my question, I just found out one of my pcv lines from the valve cover on the left was almost completely clogged... do you think all that extra build up of oil in the valve covers could have caused the seals...
So I've been reading that it's normal for it to idle above 1000 during startup but my idle never goes down, even when it's at normal operating temperature. Any ideas? I haven't tried adjusting it yet.
