Are toyota head bolts resuseable, I know they are tq to yeild but I don't understand why that makes them one time use. ARP bolts cost abou $250 (can) after tax here so I'm kinda stuck between reusing the stockers or driving to the states to pick them up.

I took off my throttle body to clean a oily/gunk ish off of it, got it like new now the intake has the same buildup of that gunky oily crap. I don't have the gaskets for the intake but can I take it off to clean it then use some Ultra Copper in place of the old gaskets?
