As stated, I have been messing with this CPS off and on since I rebuilt the motor a few years ago. If I install per TSRM, I cannot get it to the 10º recommended timing (TE1 and E1 jumped). If I turn all the way until it bottoms out, I can get it to 15º. If I remove the CPS and move it one tooth...
I'm thinking about doing that whole Lexus AFM/Injector thing, but I'm curious if throwing the AFM on by itself (Without doing the injectors or tuning) will be beneficial or detrimental.
If I snagged one off eBay or a friend, should I throw it on right away or just wait until I get everything...
