I have a 2jzgte swapped starion, i swapped the external shifter for a internal one. It's not going into reverse, i'm not sure if it was this way when i got it. It shifts fine in the other gears but not reverse. What do u think my problem could be?

Hello everybody, my name is perez. I live in PA, i don't own a supra but a 2jzgte motor. I got alot of good info from this site so i decided to make it home. Here are some pics and video of the motor in my ride. It's a 1988 mitsubishi starion.
