    problem: no fog light no tail lights or park lights and and no cluster light

    ok guys i checked both fuses in the kick panel with a test light no power but fuses are good ok when i clip the test light to 12vlt and ck the fuses the test light lights up why am i getting ground signal and when put 12vlt to the fuses everything works guys i need help dont wanna get a ticket...
