you will not find HID Hella 90mm modules for the $170 price. Heck... the low beam is over $500 per module (the high is over $600) and you need two. The $170 price is a little short too. http://www.rallylights.com/hella/90mm_modules.asp
If 90mm is too big for you you can try the 50mm ones...
I have to repeat a question I've posted before.
"Would you install brake pads made out of cardboard if they looked REALLY DAMN cool?"
That is basically what you are doing if you install fog or driving lights in place of actual headlights.
Headlights are designed to be your main beam...
I glanced through my pile of receipts but I have a lot of parts simply labled as "cushion" so I am not sure what is the right one. Any parts guy worth your time would be able to find these really quickly. There should be a few of them on each door to keep the glass from hitting the metal...
Ahhh... the infamous window down close door rattle. I too had this problem. I finally found out that I was missing a tiny rubber bumper that sits between the glass and the metal of the door when the window is down. Look for a stamped hole in the sheet metal of the inner door - you might want...
The drivers door is just a tab to knock out...
Then you visit Autoloc.com and search for "one touch window" (their site is down right now so I found this http://autoloc.carshopinc.com/product_info.php/products_id/9238/WC1000 )
Wire it between the passenger window switch and the window...
Add the auto window up module from AutoLoc to the passenger window and get auto up/down on both windows (even from both switches for the passenger window).
Lets make this a bit more interesting.
186,500 miles doesn't sound that impressive.
How many miles do you have on the original motor (and turbo if applicable). This means no rebuild, no new HG, nothing.
I picked up my 89T in April/May of 96 with just 50,500 miles. This past...
OK... I can see that this may not have been in the right section in General... but BUILD UP? WTF?!?
Anyway...
I chatted with Kevin and he does have a few sunshades left. The quantity and location are unknown as he is in the process of unpacking after his recent move. For those guys...
There was another white MkIII (not pearl) but it never came out of the garage. :)
Thanks to everyone that came out. There was only one person out of the whole bunch that I had met before. What a great turnout! We'll have to do more get-togethers.
I only regret not meeting Tony! :)...
Sorry... 37 is the right offset. The width is 7.5. Chris has the font on his site so small that I flip the MkIII and MkIV wheel offsets - of course I do run 1600x1200 on my laptop. :)
Those ADR Sokudo10s don't even match the bolt pattern. We have 5x114.3. Those only come in 5x100.
The offseton the ADR Sokudo10s come in 40 and 48 though.
That still doesn't help much as the 48 offset will give you 8mm more clearance on the inner edge but will also suck the outer...
I'll have a set of the MkIV - open ended - lugnuts for sale soon that I've been running for several years. They work great with the 17" TT rims and the sawblades (and should work fine on the 16" 5 spokes. I'm selling the TT rims and have my new rims in boxes - I'm back to sitting on the...
Comparing granny smith apples with red delicious apples - I was able to run the closed-end lugnuts on my MkIV TT 17" rims with the center caps in place - similar centercap to the 91/92 5 spokes. I was also able to run the closed-end lugnuts on the alternate centercaps.
Items I have for the swap meet after lunch:
Blue MkIII dash - the blue part - does not include anything but the BIG blue part - this is from Kevin Martin
White 17" TT Supra rims w/ tires and both sets of center caps
MkIII Supra keychains - just a few of these left
2006 Supra...
Just a friendly reminder for everyone that this Saturday is the MkIII Portland area get-together.

Turn right onto NE 109th Ave - 1.5 blocks east
Drive 1.85 blocks - my place is...
Could make them say anything - as long as enough people can agree on a single option. Could build $1 from the sale of each frame into the price to donate to SM too.
There are so many new names in my area (Portland Metro Area) that I would like to get together and meet everyone.
Saturday July 8
1:00pm
Directions:
Take I-205 to the NE Sandy Blvd exit - In Oregon just south of the Columbia River
Head East on NE Sandy to NE 107th. Beale St NW will...
I totally agree. The back of my Supra already says Supra. I took the "turbo" badge off though - if you missed the BIG ole IC in the front as I was passing you then you don't need to know it was a turbo. :) I would like to remove the Toyota tag from the back sometime.
