Post the part number and/or pictures, and I can confirm what it is.
A 7M-GE ECU can't control the 7M-GTE's ignitor for DLI, has a different tach signal, different CPS, different air flow meter (that one is HUGE difference).
The N/A AFM literally outputs the 200% opposite of what the Turbo AFM...
I'd drive a rusty MK3 in the winter, lol, as long as it was a good price. It'd still be a nice car to drive, better than my 85 Celica, that's for sure ;).
All MK3 (All Toyota mechanical for that matter) speedometers are the same calibration. It will work fine.
Europe had different lights on their speedomer than we did.
We had:
E-BRAKE
AIRBAG (90+ USA, 92 Canada)
SEATBELT
They had:
E-BRAKE

89 has 6500rpm redline, 90-92 has 6250rpm redline. Get the 89.
Yes, the cars with airbags had a light on the speedometer.
The tach is different between the N/A and Turbo, so that's another reason to get the N/A cluster, aside from the voltmeter.
In the USA. We didn't get the airbag until 92 in Canada, and in the rest of the world they never got it.
As for my cluster, it's an 89+ cluster for the most part, I've got the 88 temp gauge face (89+ needle), and I've got the USA PSI gauges on the right. I've got a Canadian fuel gauge waiting...
Foot/Defrost wasn't an option on pre-89's, it was added on 89+ models.
My question to you, do you guys have the digital climate control, or the sliders?
