A completely stock set up with a used clutch, hoses, bents, et al, yes. If there are any upgrades, then $5k isn't too much. $500 for a clutch, $1000 for fuel upgrades & management, $300 for a downpipe, $500 for an exhaust, throw in a new timing belt, drive belt, hoses, PS line, fluids...
