not a fun job.
expect this to take a more than a few hours.
it's straight forward and there is no quick way.
you can remove the throttle body but just remove the whole upper intake chamber.
also make sure you replace all injector O rings, and grommets. and new copper washers.

I play around with the idea myself (with ebay exchanger). but decided to go the other way. ;)

Okay you're confused.
Everyone who isn't standalone is running an Idle Speed Controller.
The water running through it is for sub-zero temps. (and it's a common thing to bypass on many cars.)
You'd be an idiot to run without it on a stock ECU. (the ISC)
