The soundtracks to the new Battlestar Galactica are just incredible. Miniseries one by Richard Gibb, and Seasons 1 and 2 by Bear McCreary. Also, the original Stargate movie soundtrack is pretty damn good. What can i say, i'm a geek ;)

Even with ARP hardware, the best pistons money can buy and a £5000 rebuild, i *still* wouldnt trust the engine past 7500rpm. It's just not designed for that. And if you were going to spend that much money getting it there - why not just go 1JZ and reve the nuts off it?

If you want high RPM's, go for a 1JZ, if you want 7000rpm redline - stick with the 7M. 9000 RPM is just an engine suicide waiting to happen.

actually, the best stuff to use to get the scratches off an ipod, is brasso. just use kitchen towel to apply and rub in. rub it in, leave it for 5 mins, wipe off. scratches are gone.

Check the timing also, base timing should be 10' BTDC, mine was running 8' and drinking petrol like mad.

I've used a few compilers and while I advocate the use of Visual C++, its for ease of use. There are faster and more efficient compilers out there, but if...

Aaaha. You might want to look at Visual C++ or Visual Studio suite for C++ programming. As i mentioned before, when it comes to debugging a program, it's SO much handier than anything else i've used.

Quick question - the compiler you're using, is it a standalone, or part of a dev kit like Visual Studio?
