I found out why I have not recieved a notice, I am 2 years overdue, AND I was able to reregister the car.

My car has not gone through emissions in a good 5+ years (passing). I have owned the car for 2 years and they still have not sent me a notice about emissions. As of right now, I would fail miserably (nothing emissions related what so ever, 1jz with a test pipe) but my new exhaust setup will...
