Hmm. Perhaps I'll bring it up with my PowderCoater and see how he feels about it staying together. Otherwise, I'll give it to a guy at work who loves that kind of shit and tell him to take it apart and remember how it all goes together, then have it PC'd and put it back together afterwards.

It's been done before numerous times. It fits right in the stock location with no modification necessary. All the electrical hook ups are there. Plug and play. I'm sure if you do a quick search you'll find some more info on it

Call the dealer with your vin. It helps if they know you, also.. It was easy for me to do, and I only had them cut an extra like that. Just call them, and say you lost your key. Here is the VIN number.... voila!

Justin: I think you're just gonna have to take them to a hardware store, and find a suitable bolt that is about 2" longer. That should be fine, and I'm sorry I couldn't get you the correct length... Another choice is to measure the stock one from the end of one stud to the end the other, and...
