Vacuum comes from the accordion hose on the intake to the little pipe of the front of the timing case. For the fluid spilling out sounds like you have a clog somewhere after the pump either high pressure hose or the rack.

CPs installed correctly? Sounds like its a tooth off. Also how old are the plug? Pull a wire off the plug and ground it or put a plug in it and see if you get spark.

If deleting it just cap it off. No performance from bov just sound and getting air out. Generally you want the bob closer to the throttle plate to get air out as soon as it closes so it dOesbt start back feeding into the turbo.

You just get a ma70 one. The harness goes to the ignition not the engine Ecu.

It's either the wiring or the maft system.

Get the crank machined/polished at a reputable machine shop and get it measured and get the right size bearings.
