Vacuum comes from the accordion hose on the intake to the little pipe of the front of the timing case.
For the fluid spilling out sounds like you have a clog somewhere after the pump either high pressure hose or the rack.
CPs installed correctly? Sounds like its a tooth off.
Also how old are the plug?
Pull a wire off the plug and ground it or put a plug in it and see if you get spark.
If deleting it just cap it off.
No performance from bov just sound and getting air out. Generally you want the bob closer to the throttle plate to get air out as soon as it closes so it dOesbt start back feeding into the turbo.
Shouldn't. ESP with only 8.5 wide. I have 18/10 255 up front with no issues. You might get rubbing on hard bumps tho. Not really a big deal tho as it's only on the fender liner if your slammed.
You can run higher than stock compression reliably. If you start running over like 9 then you need to make the fuel and tuning is there.
That calculator is fine.
