You can get away with a fairly stock head (i.e. shim over bucket still) using 264's with a mild lift over stock.
However, if you wanted to go with shimless or shim under bucket, you would be able to run more lift, and inevitably be able to breathe harder at higher rpm's.

Turned out to be a clogged fuel line. I would disconnect both ends of the fuel lines and blow compressed air through all of them.
