    id clean it up and sand that area a bit (ie start the port and polish process) and see if its just a surface crack or if it goes deeper. could possible be welded. if not then it will need to be replaced.

    nice score on the car! when you replaced the manifold gasket did you replace the turbo feed/drain gasket? also check the oil feed line to turbo, maybe one of the copper washers fell out during install (happened to me). but id check in that area, maybe the drain pipe even has a leak.

    i think theres a few in the fs section, bout all i can suggest for now is be gentle and avoid boosting and should be fine to drive on for a littlebit longer till replacment shows up

    wrap a section of the aluminum casue its gonna act as a heat sink and warm up with welding, you fingers will love you for it.

    the master and hardlines are the same, as there body mounted and have nothing to do with the trans really. for crossmember im unsure, last swap i did (auto to r154) the trans still had its crossmember attached. for driveshaft you only need the front half, the rear sections are all the same.
