almost like me, but just a budget issue for me. Grr im only like $200-300 short though. Also depends on what kinda shape the rods/crank is in.

thats what im thinking of doing. Pulling it out, get a proper MHG on it, check the crank bearings and etc and replace. Only problem with doing all this is budget.

Thanks for all the compliments. Yeah, thanks for hopin for me lifted. I love this car, but it seems i have a BHG already. It sucks big time but it hasnt drained my spirits.

For now im gonna assume it has a BHG, gonna be driving jeep now. Wow this sucks, had car for 6 days and already signs of BHG. Now i just need to start planning out what the different parts cost and etc. Still gonna test exhaust/coolant to make sure though. Edit - Around how much does the...

Any answers to this? Ill try to get a test kit as soon as i can. For now i guess ill drive my jeep to school. Should i try to retorque my head bolts? or is it not worth it at this point?

So its about $50 for a test kit. i know it still means its a used motor, was just puttin that in so it would make more sense that its supposed to have a low-er mileage engine.

ok, how much is one of those tester kits you guys mentioned above? and would o'reilleys have it? It also did it again this morning when i parked it at school. Didnt notice until now, just went and looked into the overflow tank and the birdcage light was on. I have now changed the radiator cap...

I've been saving forever, and i sold my Jeep to my mom to get this. So if this coolant spewing out is BHG.. How come it doesnt do it again when i fill it back up and drive around? This is not my first car. Just a car i've always wanted.

Well, i dont think it is. It hasnt done it again and ive driven the car a total of 2 hours after this happening.. so idk? Hope i dont have a BHG though, but its a good excuse for the parents to let me spend money on MHG :D
