Well im still working on a retail supra HID package but without the actual headlamp comversions...thats where Rally Lights comes in. But it will be around the $350 mark which will include Hella G3 Ballasts w/ integrated ignitors, Philips 85122+ 5000k bulbs, ballast mounts and power wires...

Those diamond clear headlights arent designed for good quality output beam patterns. Just look at the multi-reflectors in the rear.
yeah flipping headlights would simulate a high beam on all the time.
Light hitting the upper portion of the reflector, places light on the road whereas light hitting the lower portion is reflected upwards.
Regardless, Tanabe come with a certificate to show that it complies with noise emission laws and is rated at 91-93db on the exhaust whether its for turbo or N/A.
I love mine on the 1JZGTE. Nice and smooth and quiet and really roars to life at WOT.

JDM, AUS, and UK headlights have a flare on the LEFT side of the beam pattern generating a blinding beam right into the faces of opposing traffic causing dangerous driving conditions.
Get e-code LHD heaadlights and youre set.

Those are not actual projector headlamps. They are a horrible attempt to fool the public into thinking they are but instead they produce terrible beam patterns.
Also, most, but not all clear headlights for our supras are cheap. They put all efforts into making them look...
They key thing to note is if you start peeling it off, and notice that the layers are separated, stop and take it somewhere. They can save it for you rather than ruining it all.
