MA70Supra88, the magnaflow resonator would take care of the test pipe being to short if u took it to a shop, i had a shop weld up my resonator for $20.

it shouldn't smell if u seal up the exhaust up really well. The only time i ever smell it is if i run it really hard then come to fast stop and the cloud of crap blows by the car, LOL, it smells like ass, but that doesn't happen very often, but if u take a sniff or put your face right in front...

well resonators will reduce air flow and dampen noise coming from the induction system, by reducing the air flow, leans fuel mixture, therefore providing slightly better fuel economy.
