Having 2Js in the MKIV class but 1.5Js in the MK3 class is rather lame.
Would a 1J MKIV be competing in the MK3 class by that same classification?
where do 1J/2J/7M swapped MK2s go? The MK3 or MK4 class?
Do the 3.4L Supras get their own class?
Base it on body and leave it there...
That is probably the source of your problem, regardless of the ypipe and downpipe.
The 2.5in catback.
Remove it briefly for a test. See how much boost you can make without the restriction of the catback.
Don't cut the springs... Really. If you have 200 a week to play with like you say, then get a set of real springs and shocks. Wait until you can instead of ghetto modding the car with cut springs.
