this motor should last you a long time, as long as you don't go all "drifftooooo!" maniac. as for the mpg, at least it's not a poorly tuned FD. alex (a friend of mine) drove his to work for a week an got 8, yes 8mpg.

i have a firiend with an n/a 3 rotor and another friend is instaling a tt 3 rotor soon. apex seels= rebuild. coolant seels(like a head gasket)= rebuild. i'm not positive on the typical longevity of an fc, maintained well (as this one sounds like it has been) an n/a will last a very long...
