Ive been trying to get my damaged crank pulley off of the car. I got the bolt out but should the pulley just come off now? I still cant seem to get it off.

Hi everyone, A friend of mines father picked up an 1986 or 1987 supra for the grassroots motorsports 2006 or 2007 challenge. It cost him 500 bucks for the car that seems to be in relatively good condtion. However, we need some direction here on some cheap power and we also need some help...
