Have never seen a 5m head. Do you have pics? Do they make aftermarket valves and other head components? If this is the case why don't people who are building there 7ms for high hp not use 5m heads?

I'm going for the stang. Smaller motor , more power. Forget how it handles nobody has ever driven the new camaro or challenger to argue the three as a whole. I take the power route along with the manual tranny.

Wow orginally there was pics. If you are looking at the two blocks a 90+ block has alot more ridges on the sides. There are like 3 ridges on a newer block to every1 on an older. I have the block in the trunk of my car. I'll post a pic tommorow.

Did you make sure the vacumm line is on by the charcol canister? If it is maybe the valve is bad. Try to manually open it.

yeah http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61711. This will help you out. The block actually changes in 90. The crank changes over in late 89 models. The 90 block has more reinforcemnt all around.

Well, with that type of hp I am sure he is running a big turbo but the alcohol is a very good question and would change the matter a great deal.
