7m s are maf cars.. 1jz are map cars. They don't have a maf measuring air flow. Its based onmap load. So bye pulling fuel your tricking the map voltage
. And just run the stock fpr and it makes the car pretty rich with the 440s. I pull like 17-19 percent at wot from 4k to red line. And I also had to pull fuel at idle with cams to make it notidle rich
Are you running stock twins .?.. the cams may limit you if their stock.. but your fuel should be fine. I made 413 with a sfac and 440s. You will not need a bcc. I make 23psi with no cut. But I do not think the stock twins will get you their. Post up your dyno after tune..
Hmm well it will take a little time. But you can block the iac off. Start the car and set idle with idle screw.. but that you will have to re calibrate the tps. Down side is you will have to find a happy med betwen hot and cold idle.
But that will tell you if its the iac. Or find another on to...
Ii have a 2jz maf on my bech at home I will post a pic of it as soon as I get home so you can ck the part number . Maybe work something out to get it to you
Is their a chance you had oil in the plug vally and you got it on the plug when u took it out ?.. if their is oil on the plug your car will prob make blue smoke out the tail pipe. If their is enough of it.. does it smoke
If you wels a spacer or two to the flange on the header to lift the turbo up a bit higher it will not hit the header tube so that you can cog it a little more down
I can see that being a problem.. I bet a lot of owners are flakey and than you would have a car pluggling up the lift for a extended amount of time. While they trac down parts or set the problem in the laps of the shop to solve it for them.. I guess their is nothing wrong with that as long as...
