had something very similar check the rubber bushings on your' rack. I had the same problem with an 89supra turbo i used to drive replaced the rack even though im pretty sure that slight hesitation was because the rack was loose. so yea check your RUBBER BUSHINGS ON THE RACK! Tighten em up...

ummm when i started it in the morning when i first noticed the problem it would hit boost then after a while it won't even hit that high pitch whine anymore. No boost gauge doesnt go up i dont feel any extra power even when i've got it at 6ks...
