Yea originally thats what I was thinking but I65 Northbound just past I264 has been closed last cpl weeks for construction. Told that South bound lanes of 65 between I264 & bridge will be closed on the weekends next. That woul mess alot of out of towners up. I'm workin on it.

Does ithe speedO show your going 20mph while stoped with the car running? What does it read when the car is off? Auto or 5spd? I don't think its the Diff,trans,cluster combo thats causing the problem. May be a bad speedo cluster.

Dome fuse needs to be in. Only pull that out then replace to cancell the codes. The O/D button must be pushed in. It needs to be in the on position so the O/D lite on the dash will show. Once you jumper Tt - E1 the O/D light will flash the codes. I didn't read befor that your speed O wasn't...
